            Delegate Manchin moves to amend the committee substitute as follows:

            On page 3, section 13a, line 10, following the words “defendants and” by inserting the words “previouslysettling”;

            On page 7, section 13d, line 3 by striking out word “persons”, inserting in lieu thereof the words “parties and previously settling parties”;

            On page 7, section 13d, lines 3 and 4, following the words “alleged damages” by inserting a period and striking out the remainder of subdivision (1) on lines 4 through 6 of page 7;

            On page 7, section 13d, line 8, following the words “with the nonparty” by inserting a period and striking the remainder of subdivision (2) contained on line 8 through 22 on page 8;

            On page 8, section 13d, line 23 by striking out the words “nonparty or a’;

            And,

            On page 8, section 13d, line 28, by striking out the words “or nonparty”,.
